Andrew O'Halek

Andrew O'Halek has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Andrew most recently served as the Director of Commercial Sales at Dean Health Plan, Inc. and Prevea360 Health Plan starting in September 2022. Prior to that, they worked as an Employee Benefits Consultant at USI Insurance Services from July 2020 to September 2022, and at Associated Benefits and Risk Consulting from June 2017 to June 2020. Andrew also held multiple roles at WEA Trust, including Director of Sales and Account Management, Senior Manager of Sales and Account Management, and Manager of Sales, from January 2015 to June 2017. Before that, they worked at Trek Bicycle Corporation as the Director of Retailer Continuous Improvement, Business Development Manager, Project Manager, and Inside Sales Representative from March 2005 to November 2014. Andrew began their career at GW BERKHEIMER as a Buyer from March 2004 to March 2005 and as an Inside Sales representative from May 2003 to February 2004.

Andrew O'Halek attended Indiana University Bloomington from 1998 to 2002, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Elementary Education and Teaching.
