Louis Stratton

Louis Stratton has over 28 years of experience in the accounting and finance industry. Louis began their career in 1993 as the Assistant Controller/Controller at Teleco, Inc. where they were responsible for performing monthly closings, preparing monthly interim financial statements, and generating business intelligence for the officers. In 1997, they built a local accounting practice at Meador Stratton LLP and was later acquired by Porte Brown LLC. At Porte Brown LLC, they served as a Director on the accounting and consulting services team in the south office and was a member of the Porte Brown Manufacturing and Technology Solutions Practice Groups. Louis was responsible for managing a portfolio of private company clients whose revenues ranged from 1 million to 500 million annually across a variety of industries and providing financial reporting and compliance. In 2004, they became an Adjunct Professor at Olivet Nazarene University. In 2017, they joined Blackbaud as the Director of Global Partner Development where they developed a global channel partner program and was able to cut expenses by 50% and grow bookings more than 250% year over year. Louis then became the National Strategic Account Manager of Financial Solutions and Healthcare in 2021, where they worked with top health systems in the United States to help automate business processes, achieving over 220% of their year-to-date quota for the six months ending in June and finishing as the top enterprise markets account executive in Q2 of 2020 based on percent of quota attained. In 2021, they also joined Uncommon Giving Corporation as a Senior Advisor and Chief Revenue Officer, and Omatic as an Advisory Board Member. Currently, they are the Managing Director of Business Development and Strategic Partnerships at DebtBook since 2022.

Louis Stratton has an extensive educational background. Louis completed their Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Psychology at Bob Jones University between 1989 and 1993. Louis then went on to earn a Master of Business Administration - MBA in Business Administration and Management, General from Olivet Nazarene University between 2001 and 2003. Their educational background began at Southside Christian High School. In addition to these degrees, they have obtained three certifications: Chartered Global Management Accountant from the Association of International Certified Professional Accountants (AICPA) in 2012, Certified Information Technology Professional (CITP) from the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), and Certified Public Accountant (CPA) from the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).
