Lisette Roman has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Lisette began their career at Massachusetts General Hospital in 2012, working as a Clinical Research Coordinator in both the Quality and Safety and Psychiatric Neurosciences departments. In 2014, they transitioned to the role of Data Analyst at the same organization.
In 2015, Lisette joined Decision Point Healthcare Solutions as a Healthcare Data Analyst before being promoted to Senior Healthcare Data Analyst the following year. Lisette subsequently moved to Day Health Strategies in 2017, where they worked as a Consultant and Senior Consultant until 2019.
In 2019, Lisette returned to Decision Point, assuming the position of Director of Analytics. In 2021, they were promoted to the role of Vice President of Analytics, and they continue to contribute to the company's success.
More recently, Lisette has taken on additional roles at Northeastern University. In 2022, they served as a Course Development Consultant at the D'Amore-McKim School of Business before becoming a Course Instructor at the Bouvé College of Health Sciences.

Lisette Roman obtained a Master's Degree in Health Informatics from the Weill Cornell Graduate School of Medical Sciences between 2015 and 2016. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and French at Connecticut College from 2008 to 2012.
