Isaac Adesugba is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in global recruitment and mobility. Currently serving as the Global Head of Talent Acquisition & Mobility at Deckers Brands, Isaac previously held significant roles at Sony Pictures Entertainment as Director of Global Talent Acquisition and at L’OCCITANE Group as Director of Talent Acquisition for North America. Additional experience includes positions at Burberry, where Isaac served as Sr. Manager for Resourcing & Talent across North America, Latin America, and the Caribbean, as well as at TOMS as Head of Recruitment for North America and EMEA. Isaac Adesugba holds a Master of Professional Studies in Human Resource Management from Cornell University's ILR School and a Bachelor of Science in International Business from San Francisco State University.
