Phoebe Steel

Phoebe Steel is currently the Associate Director of Media Solutions at Decoded Advertising, working with the Estée Lauder Companies - Clinique account. Prior to this, Phoebe held various roles at Havas Media Group, including Associate Director of Connections Planning and Media Supervisor, working with clients such as Automatic Data Processing (ADP) and Deutsch Family Wines & Spirits (DFWS). Phoebe also has experience as a Media Planner and Associate Media Planner, managing accounts such as Oppenheimer Funds. Phoebe previously interned as a Programmatic Strategy Intern at Havas Media Group and holds a Bachelor's degree in Communications and Digital Marketing and Analytics from the University of Connecticut.
