Deborah Heifner

Deborah Heifner has a diverse work experience covering various roles and industries. Deborah started their career in 1992 as a Franchisee for a KFC franchise, where they developed and operated multi-branded restaurants. Deborah then worked as a Community Liaison for AllCare Home Health Inc., an independently owned home health agency.

In 2009, Deborah joined Eagle Applied Sciences, LLC-Government Contractor as a VP Operations. This company is a world leader in research and development of scientific and medical technologies. Deborah worked there until 2014 and was part of a team that advanced technologies for government and industry partners.

From 2014 to 2018, Deborah served as the Director of Operations and Human Resources for Phyllis Browning Company, San Antonio's largest independently-owned real estate company. Deborah played a crucial role in the company's success and market share in the luxury real estate market in and around San Antonio.

In 2018, Deborah joined Decypher as their Director of US Operations and later became the Director of Operations CONUS and Vice President of Operations. At Decypher, they have been responsible for overseeing and managing operations.

Throughout their career, Deborah has demonstrated their ability to take on leadership roles and contribute to the growth and success of the companies they have worked for.

Deborah Heifner has a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Healthcare Management from Adams State University, which they obtained from 1987 to 1990. Deborah later pursued a Bachelor's of Science degree in Business Administration with an emphasis on Healthcare Management from American InterContinental University from 2002 to 2006. Deborah further expanded their education by completing a Master's degree in Healthcare Administration from Wayland Baptist University between 2013 and 2014.
