Heather Wei (Hechen)

Heather(Hechen) Wei is a Food Scientist at Deep Foods with experience in food safety and quality control across a variety of food products. Heather(Hechen) has also worked as a Laboratory Technician at FDA, a Statistical Analysis Assistant at Pfizer, a Research Assistant at Purdue University, and held internships in food safety detection and supervision. Heather holds a Master’s Degree in Food Safety and Technology from Illinois Institute of Technology and a Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science from Purdue University.
