Craig Lister

Craig Lister is an experienced professional with a diverse and extensive work history. Craig began their career as a Software Developer at Traderoot in 1998 and continued to work in software development roles at various companies such as Strand, Zonal Retail Data Systems, and PIC Solutions.

In 2008, Craig joined Dialog Information Technology as a Senior Consultant and quickly moved into Team Leadership roles. Craig gained experience in both private and governmental projects and demonstrated their strengths in application and database architecture.

At Zuuse, Craig served as an Agile/Technology Lead, implementing the Scrum methodology and ensuring its smooth running within the development team. Craig then joined Propell as a Senior Software Engineer, where they managed and developed code using Microsoft-based tooling.

Currently, Craig is an Engineering Manager at Degreed. Craig leads a team of developers spread across the east coast of Australia and works diligently to improve team processes and methods. Craig actively participates in promoting team processes, company culture, and values while enhancing their team's skills and knowledge.

Throughout their career, Craig has shown leadership abilities, technical expertise, and a dedication to enhancing team performance and delivering high-quality results.

Craig Lister has a strong educational background in Information Technology. Craig attended South African College Schools from 1983 to 1993, where they earned a Diploma in Information Technology. Craig further pursued their studies at Cape Technikon from 1995 to 1997, specializing in Computers for their Information Technology degree. Additionally, in July 2023, Craig obtained a certification in "Learning the OWASP Top 10" from LinkedIn.
