Kyle Kuchta

Kyle Kuchta has had a diverse work experience, with the most recent position being Senior Director, Business Transformation at Delek US Holdings, Inc., starting in November 2021. Prior to this role, they worked as a Lean Facilitator at Denver Health from September 2020 to November 2021. Kyle also worked at Andeavor as an Operations Improvement and Risk Manager from October 2016 to April 2019, and as a Chemical Engineer from September 2012 to October 2016. Before joining Andeavor, Kyle Kuchta worked as a Chemical Engineer at Shell from January 2012 to May 2012.

Kyle Kuchta attended the University of Colorado Boulder from 2008 to 2012, where they earned a degree in Chemical Engineering with minors in Chemistry and Biochemistry. Kyle has also obtained various certifications, including Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (ICBB) from Global Excellence & Innovation in 2018 and MoreSteam in 2016, The Effective Facilitator from Leadership Strategies in 2016, and UOP Engineering Design Seminar from Honeywell UOP in 2013.
