Ine Stultjens

Ine Stultjens has a diverse work experience in various marketing roles. Ine currently serves as the Head of Marketing at Deli Home, leading and shaping the marketing strategy for the company. In addition, they are the Chair of the Advisory Board at Kotler Impact Inc., a strategic marketing community focused on sustainable economic development. Ine is also a member of SER Topvrouwen, a senior executive initiative promoting gender diversity in top positions in Dutch business. Previously, Ine held positions at Koninklijke Auping as the Head of Brand, Marketing & Communication and Manager Brand & Communication Central. Ine also worked at Nestlé as a Marketing Manager and Twentyten as a Client Services Manager and Sales & Marketing Manager. Early in their career, Ine held marketing roles at innocent drinks and D.E MASTER BLENDERS 1753/Sara Lee Coffee & Tea France, gaining experience in international marketing and product management.

Ine Stultjens obtained their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in European Studies from De Haagse Hogeschool / The Hague University of Applied Sciences in 1997. Ine then pursued further education and completed their Doctorandus (drs.) - MBA degree in Business Administration from Radboud University in 2000. In recent years, they have participated in various leadership and personal development programs, including the Auping Leadership Program at Kohlrieser Leadership Institute in 2022 and the 7 Hills Personal Leadership Journey at Berg & Partners in 2021. In addition, they have attended the CMO Roundtable at IMD in Switzerland in the years 2018, 2019, 2020, and 2021. Ine also completed the Blended Class Super Brain program at Nyenrode Business University in 2018. Furthermore, they obtained a Post-Master in Digital Marketing Strategy & Leadership with a certification in Certified Digital Strategy Professional (CDSP®) from Beeckestijn Business School in 2023. Ine Stultjens has a research-oriented background as well, having studied at Mid Sweden University (Mittuniversitetet) located in Sundsvall. Their secondary education took place at SG Sint Ursula, where they completed their Atheneum.
