Seth Galligan, MSc, PMP

Seth Galligan, MSc, PMP has a diverse work experience. In 2021, they began working at DemandPDX as a Senior Project Manager, using Scrum and Kanban methodologies to lead diverse teams through large-scale web production projects. In this role, they also acted as a Team Advocate, facilitating the employee review process and advocating for the team. From 2018 to 2021, they worked at CQL, first as Director of the Project Management Office and then as Senior Project Manager. From 2014 to 2018, they worked at The C2 Group as a Project Manager and at Kendall College of Art and Design as a Guest Lecturer. From 2013 to 2014, they worked at Josh Tyron Photography as a Producer and editor. In 2013, they worked at Grand Valley State University as a Graduate Assistant in the College of Community & Public Service. From 2012 to 2013, they worked at SiTE:LAB as a Vocalist and at Local First of West Michigan as a Project Manager and Communications Coordinator. Finally, in 2011, they worked at Grand Valley State University as a Graduate Assistant in the Research Protections Program, and in 2009, they worked at The Neutral Zone as a Videographer.

Seth Galligan has a diverse educational background. Seth obtained a High School degree from the Interlochen Arts Academy in 2001, and then attended Grand Rapids Community College from 2001 to 2008 as part of a Transfer Track. From 2008 to 2010, they attended the University of Michigan, where they earned a B.G.S. in Media Production, Technical & Creative Writing. Seth then earned a Master's Degree in Communications from Grand Valley State University from 2011 to 2014. In 2015, they completed a course in Managing Large Scale Software Projects at the University of Chicago. In 2017, they were certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP) by the Project Management Institute.
