David Dawoud

David Dawoud is the Head of People at Demodesk. Prior to joining Demodesk, David was a TA/TM Consultant at Sodexo Benefits and Rewards Services, where they coached Sodexo BRS on talent acquisition and talent marketing activities. David was also the Talent Acquisition Manager at Rydoo, where they helped Europe's best SaaS company scale by acquiring the right talent and supporting the company's people. Before joining Rydoo, David was a Partner at John Wood, where they facilitated executive search assignments and provided HR and recruitment services for key ISV's and local SaaS players. David has also worked as the EMEA Talent Acquisition for EG HPSD Hirings - A.I. at Hewlett-Packard, and as a Co-founder at Noxvita Corporation.

David Dawoud has a certification from the International Sports Sciences Association as a Certified Personal Trainer. David also has a certification from Wageningen Human Nutrition and Health in Food, Nutrition and Health. Additionally, they have a course certificate in Diversity and inclusion in a global enterprise from LinkedIn Learning. Finally, they have a certification from the AIHR | Academy to Innovate HR as an Analytics leader.
