Kate Bailey

Kate Bailey is a seasoned scientist with extensive experience in analytical chemistry and protein characterization. Currently serving as a Senior Scientist at Dendreon since 2021, Kate has progressed through various roles since joining in 2008, focusing on the analysis of recombinant proteins using advanced techniques such as HPLC, LC-MS, and Western blot. Prior to Dendreon, Kate worked as an Analytical Chemist at Nastech Pharmaceutical, analyzing nasal spray formulations, and as a Staff Scientist at QPS, LLC, performing quantitative analysis of biological samples. Kate began a career in quality assurance to ensure regulatory compliance. Kate earned a B.S. in Chemistry from Western Washington University in 2000.
