Matthew Wilson

Matthew Wilson is a Process Engineer at Dennis Group since March 2023, specializing in the design of food and beverage processing facilities through expertise in flow diagrams, process constraints, and piping and instrumentation diagrams (P&ID). Prior to this role, Matthew served as an Undergraduate Researcher at the University of Florida, focusing on the chemical properties of canned versus bottled Muscadine wine and developing mango-flavored kombucha. Additional experience includes working as a Laboratory Technician at the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services, managing various organisms in a biological control facility, and participating in research on purine extraction from fish samples. Matthew holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical Engineering from the UF Herbert Wertheim College of Engineering, completed in 2023.
