Julia Galante

Julia Galante has extensive experience in human resources and people strategy. Julia has held various roles in different organizations, including Dental Health Services Victoria, Worrells Solvency & Forensic Accountants, Hays, Alzheimer's Australia Vic, Port Moresby Nature Park, IKEA Group, Victorian Health Promotion Foundation, Carlson Wagonlit Travel, and Western Mining Corporation. Julia's most recent position was as Director, People Strategy at Dental Health Services Victoria, where they led a team of 14 people and managed a multi-million dollar budget. Prior to that, they held roles such as Director - People Partnering and Engagement, Talent & Engagement Manager, and Talent Consultant. Julia's work experience demonstrates their expertise in workforce strategy, employee engagement, and organizational development.

Julia Galante completed their Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree in Human Resources from Deakin University between 2002 and 2006. In 2016, they also obtained a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment from MRWED.
