Tim Berringer Pe

Tim Berringer, PE, has over 30 years of experience in the field of engineering. Tim currently holds the position of Director of Engineering Services at CoServ since March 2020. Prior to this, they served as the Director of System Planning and Design at A & N Electric Cooperative, Inc. from March 2018 to March 2020. From 2017 to 2018, they held the role of Vice President of Engineering and Operations at Dixie Electric Membership Corporation. Tim has also worked at Berkshire Hathaway Energy, starting as an Electrical Field Engineer in 1996 and progressing to the role of Director of Measurement and Special Projects from 2013 to 2017. Tim also served as Project Manager and Electrical Plant Supervisor during their time at Berkshire Hathaway Energy. Earlier in their career, Tim worked at Edmond Electric as Director of Edmond Electric, and at Union Pacific Railroad as Manager of Electrical Design. Tim started their career at Nebraska Public Power District, where they held various roles including Electrical Planning Engineer, Electrical System Engineer, and Procurement/Safety Engineer.

Tim Berringer, PE completed their education at Iowa State University, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering with a concentration in Power. Tim has also obtained professional electrical engineering licenses from both the State of Iowa in May 1997 and the State of Nebraska in July 1995.
