Charlotte Swinson

Charlotte Swinson has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Charlotte is currently working as a Learning Programme Manager & Design Lead for dentsu international, where they are responsible for designing and delivering a high-profile global learning experience for high-potential client leaders. Charlotte leads a team of around 30 individuals, including business leaders, executive client leaders, HR/talent experts, and vendors. Prior to this, they worked at Merkle, where they held several roles. As the Director of Learning & Development, they led all aspects of the L&D cycle, including needs analysis, strategic vision setting, and execution. Charlotte also designed and launched new leadership program modules. In their previous role as a Senior Lead in Talent Development at Merkle, they identified critical skills gaps and pitched a vision to senior leaders, which led to their promotion. Additionally, they have experience in onboarding and managing new hires and transforming induction programs. Earlier in their career, Charlotte worked as an Associate Team Leader and Senior Account Manager at Merkle | Periscopix, and as a Teacher at George Carey C of E Primary School and Edwinstree Middle School.

Charlotte Swinson holds a Bachelor's degree in Zoology/Animal Biology from The University of Sheffield, which was obtained between 2006 and 2009. Charlotte also completed a Post-Graduate Certificate in Education - Primary at the University of Leeds from 2009 to 2010. In terms of additional certifications, Charlotte obtained the CIPD - Level 5 Certificate from Watson Martin in 2020-2021, as well as various LinkedIn certifications relating to leadership, learning and development, coaching, and organizational learning and development between the years 2019 and 2021.
