Jitesh Marlecha

Jitesh Marlecha has a diverse work experience spanning over different companies and roles. Jitesh is currently serving as the Vice President of Growth at dentsu since April 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Ugam from 2008 to 2021, where they held multiple positions including Assistant Vice President and Sales Director. Jitesh also served as a Team Leader at Ugam from 2008 to 2010, where they were responsible for managing a team and handling project execution. Before joining Ugam, Jitesh worked at Citigroup Global Services as a Process Officer from 2007 to 2008, where they processed mortgage applications and provided customer support. Jitesh also worked at Hutchison 3 Global Services as a Lead Customer Service Advisor from 2005 to 2007, where they handled customer service for an Australia-based clientele and managed the billing back office. Additionally, Jitesh gained experience as a Customer Service Advisor at Efunds International from 2004 to 2005, where they supervised and assisted new recruits.

Jitesh Marlecha completed a B Com in Commerce at the University of Mumbai from 2005 to 2006.
