Servando Martinez Jr has a diverse work experience within the field of environment health and safety. Servando started their career at 3S Services LLC in 2011, where they served as the Director of Training and Development for eight years. In 2019, they joined Jennings Energy Services as the Health Safety Environment Lead, and in 2020, they established their own company, Muster Point Training Center LLC, where they acted as the Owner and Instructor. Most recently, in 2021, they became the Director of Environment Health Safety at Deployed Services. Throughout their career, Servando Martinez Jr has demonstrated a strong commitment to safety and training.

Servando Martinez Jr completed their education at Herzing University from 2003 to 2008, where they obtained a Diploma of Education in Medical Billing and Coding. In addition to their degree, they have obtained various certifications, including being a Certified Construction Health and Safety Technician (CHST) from the Board of Certified Safety Professionals in June 2020. Servando is also certified as an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) Basic since March 2007 through Texas Health and Human Services. Servando has acquired several other certifications related to safety, first aid, CPR, and specialized training in various areas. Servando continues to enhance their professional development by obtaining additional certifications and credentials through institutions such as Texas A&M Engineering Extension Service, American Red Cross, and other recognized organizations.
