Ijaz Mohammed

Ijaz Mohammed has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Ijaz began their career at Accenture as an Associate Software Engineer, where they worked on a project involving the migration and support of SAP Business Warehouse. Ijaz was responsible for data extraction, transformation, and loading processes, as well as creating analytical reports based on business requirements. Ijaz also handled data modeling, data loading, and monitored production support activities.

Following their time at Accenture, Ijaz joined Zain as an Operations Trainee, analyzing operations in various departments and providing solutions to issues related to power consumption and reducing fixed costs.

Ijaz then moved on to Virginia Commonwealth University, where they worked as a Service Attendant, providing customer service and assisting with facility access.

Ijaz's next role was at KPMG India, where they held positions as a Consultant and Associate Consultant. Ijaz engaged in high-level work, such as creating threat modeling for applications and performing risk assessments for leading companies in the manufacturing and petrochemical industries.

Afterward, they joined GE Digital as a Digital Auditor, where they performed audits, attestations, and certifications using established IT risk assessment frameworks and programs. Ijaz provided recommendations to remediate control gaps and coordinated with various functions such as security, sourcing, legal, and compliance.

Most recently, Ijaz joined Al Ansari Exchange as an Assistant Manager - Network and Information Security, where they held responsibilities related to network management and information security.

Currently, Ijaz is working at Deriv as a Team Lead Internal Audit and Information Technology Auditor.
