Lead, Customer Success APAC at Acquia Marketing Cloud Product

Clarence Arimado has extensive work experience across various industries. Clarence began their career as a Sales Supervisor at Woolworths in 2009 and later transitioned to the role of Sales Associate at UNIQLO Australia in 2014. In 2017, they joined Apple as a Product Specialist and also worked as a BPR Sales Facilitator for the ANZ region. Clarence then joined General Assembly Australia in 2023 as an Instructor Associate, teaching a cohort of students. Clarence went on to work at Monsido in 2021, where they held roles as a Customer Success Manager and later as a Team Lead in Customer Success APAC. Currently, Clarence is employed at Acquia as the Lead of Customer Success APAC, a position they started in 2024.

Clarence Arimado's education history includes a Bachelor of Visual Communication from Raffles College of Design and Commerce, completed between 2010 and 2014. Clarence then pursued a Bachelor of Business and Commerce with a focus on Management/Marketing at Western Sydney University, earning their degree between 2015 and 2020. In 2022, Clarence completed a Learn JavaScript course through Codecademy, and in 2023, they obtained a Software Engineering Immersive (Flex) degree from General Assembly Australia. Clarence also obtained additional certifications in various fields, including Front-End Software Engineering and Python Programming.
