Leah Wurz has extensive work experience in various roles in customer support and management. Leah began their career in 1995 as a Prepress Technician at D.B. Hess Printing and later worked as a Digital Content Intern at Color Associates in 1999. Leah then served as a Project Manager at Mandel Graphic Solutions from 2000 to 2001. Leah joined Omnipress in 2003 and held several positions, including Project Manager, Print Team Manager, Director of Print Products, and Business Operations Specialist. From 2010 to 2015, they worked as an Account Manager at Omnipress. Leah later joined Widen in 2016 as a Software Support Specialist and then served as an Implementation Manager, Support Team Lead, and Customer Support Manager. In 2021, they transitioned to Acquia and worked as a Senior Manager, Customer Support and Community, where they managed global support teams and implemented workflows for multiple system merges and new tools. Leah is currently serving as the Director, Global Support and Community, Content and Marketing Clouds at Acquia, where they are responsible for establishing and executing strategies for global support and community through various communication channels.

Leah Wurz has a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Graphic Communications Management from the University of Wisconsin-Stout, which they completed from 1996 to 2000. Leah also took Executive Education Continuing Education Courses at the Wisconsin School of Business from 2005 to 2008. Additionally, Leah obtained certifications in areas such as customer service, leadership, and change management from various institutions between 2019 and 2021.
