Leah Wurz

Director, Global Support, Digital Experience Platform at Acquia

Leah Wurz has extensive work experience in various roles related to customer support and community management. Leah started their career at D.B. Hess Printing as a Prepress Technician and later worked at Color Associates as a Digital Content Intern. Leah then joined Mandel Graphic Solutions as a Project Manager before moving to Discovercolor as an Account Manager. Leah then joined Omnipress and held positions such as Project Manager, Print Team Manager, Director of Print Products, and Business Operations Specialist.

In 2016, they joined Widen as a Software Support Specialist and later became an Implementation Manager, Support Team Lead, and finally a Customer Support Manager.

Most recently, Leah worked at Acquia, where they held the role of Senior Manager, Customer Support and Community, and was responsible for expanding global support teams and implementing workflows for better customer experience. Leah then became the Director, Global Support and Community, Content and Marketing Clouds, where they focused on executing strategies for Content and Marketing Cloud Global Support and Community. Leah also led a project to merge Widen Salesforce Service Cloud and Community into Acquia's Salesforce instance.

Leah Wurz completed Executive Education Continuing Education Courses at the Wisconsin School of Business from 2005 to 2008. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Graphic Communications Management from the University of Wisconsin-Stout, graduating in 2000. Additionally, Leah has obtained certifications in various areas such as customer complaints transformation, service excellence leadership, fearless purpose, and change practitioner from institutions including Dale Carnegie Training, Cornell University, WorldBlu | Freedom at Work™, and Prosci.
