Marcelo García Muro has worked in various companies and roles throughout their career. Marcelo started as an Ingeniero de Proyectos y Ventas in Video Broadcast S.A. in 2016, where they were responsible for studying technical specifications, creating proposals, and finding new clients. Marcelo then joined ABB in 2018 as a Customer Support Specialist, where they executed orders of manufacturing equipment and electronics, and managed project schedules. In 2021, they joined Grupo Electrodata (E-data) as a Cloud Engineer, responsible for designing and implementing cloud solutions until 2023. Marcelo also served as a Cloud Architect at Ativa in 2023. Currently, they are working at Devsu as a DevOps Engineer, starting in 2023.
Marcelo García Muro obtained a bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering from the Universidad Peruana de Ciencias Aplicadas from 2011 to 2016. Marcelo then completed a diploma in Industrial Automation from Tecsup in 2017 to 2018. In 2021, they enrolled in the Instituto Latinoamericano de Empresas y Negocio for a diploma in Project Management under the PMBOK framework. Additionally, Marcelo obtained various certifications, including the Certified Kubernetes Administrator from The Linux Foundation in October 2022, AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner from Amazon Web Services in August 2021, Netskope Cloud Security Specialist in August 2021 and Netskope Cloud Security Sales Associate in July 2021.
