Kimberly Weedman

Kimberly Weedman has extensive experience in corporate real estate and property management, currently serving as Senior Director of Corporate Real Estate at DHL since June 2023. Prior to this position, Kimberly held the role of Vice President of Transaction Management at Citi from September 2019 to June 2023 and Senior Real Estate Manager at Farmer Brothers from June 2016 to August 2019, where responsibilities included drafting and negotiating leases and maintaining property value. Kimberly began the career at Regency Centers, progressing from Property Administrator to Property Manager between October 2013 and June 2016, and developed foundational skills in legal processes while studying at Arizona Summit School of Law from 2011 to 2013. The academic background also includes a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of North Florida and a College Prep diploma from Saint Augustine High School.
