Shagufta Inamdar is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in talent development and data-driven decision-making. Currently serving as Vice President of HR Transformation at Diageo since March 2017, Shagufta leads initiatives in People Analytics and fosters a culture of data within the HR community. Previously, as Vice President of Learning & Development at Diageo, Shagufta managed global learning operations across 22 markets.
