Ahmed Bagatadah has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Ahmed started their career in 1999 as a Recruiting & Training Manager at Procter & Gamble, where they worked until 2012, holding various roles such as Assistant Brand Manager, Senior HR Manager, and Employee & Organization Research and Sensing Regional Leader.
In 2012, they joined Mars Saudi Arabia as an HR Director, a position they held until 2013. From there, they moved to Diaverum as the HR Director for the Middle East region.
In 2020, Ahmed became a Member of the Board Nomination & Remuneration Committee at My Clinic KSA. Ahmed then joined Jeddah Central Development Company in 2022 as a Member of the Board Nominations & Remuneration Committee.
Currently, Ahmed Bagatadah is the Chairman of the Board Nomination & Remuneration Committee at Barns, starting from 2023.
