Janice Castro, PMP, PMI-ACP

Janice Castro, PMP, PMI-ACP has over 20 years of diverse work experience in project management, technical program management, and business analysis. Janice is currently the Director of Digital Program Management at Dictionary.com, where they are responsible for overseeing digital programs. Prior to that, they worked as a Technical Program Manager at DTCI Technology, providing stakeholder management and managing concurrent projects. Janice also served as a Program Manager at Marvel Entertainment, leading software projects and managing initiatives for the company's digital media platforms. Before that, they worked as a Senior Project Manager at HarperCollins Publishers, where they provided project management and technical implementation oversight. Janice started their career at Headstrong, where they held various roles, including Technical Manager, Business Analyst, and Technical Project Manager, and worked on global client projects. Janice also has experience working at CMC Markets, Morgan Stanley Smith Barney, JPMorgan Chase, NCR Software Corporation, and Citibank NA - Asia Pacific Support Center. Janice's extensive experience spans across industries and demonstrates their expertise in managing complex projects and implementing strategic initiatives.

Janice Castro, PMP, PMI-ACP, holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Computer Science from Ateneo de Manila University. Janice also completed their High School education at Saint Theresa College, receiving a High School/Secondary Diplomas and Certificates. Furthermore, Janice has obtained several additional certifications. In October 2011, they became a Project Management Professional (PMP) through the Project Management Institute. In September 2015, they earned the Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) designation from the Scrum Alliance. Most recently, in August 2020, Janice achieved the PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) certification, also offered by the Project Management Institute.
