Jeff Barto

Jeff Barto has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Jeff has held positions in sales enablement, sales evangelism, trust strategy, and brand marketing at DigiCert. Jeff has also served as a board member at Bethel Lutheran School, where they focused on enrollment declines and transitioned the school to a for-profit institution. Additionally, Jeff has worked as a senior product manager at Hewlett-Packard (formerly Palm, Inc.), where they revitalized relationships with Verizon Wireless and drove revenue growth. Jeff has also served as a product manager at Filao (formerly Mobile Digital Media) and Data Axle USA, where they led product launches and rebranding efforts. Prior to that, Jeff held roles in customer support and marketing communications at Nuance Communications and Applied Materials, respectively. Jeff started their career as an assistant account executive at BBDO and a product support analyst at Symantec.

Jeff Barto attended San Jose State University from 1986 to 1991, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Advertising. In 2013, they obtained an FAA Private Pilot License from Tradewinds Aviation. Jeff also pursued continuing education at Park University in 2012 and completed a CSIE Certified Social Media Intelligence Expert certification from McAfee Institute in 2019. In 2022, Jeff obtained a Sandler Sales System Bronze Certification from Sandler. Jeff is currently pursuing an Ambassador degree in the Sandler Selling System from Sandler, expected to be completed in 2023. Jeff has also obtained various additional certifications from institutions such as LinkedIn and Lynda.com.
