Kristina Noor-Ilander

Kristina Noor-Ilander is a Senior Specialist at Digi- ja väestötietovirasto (Finnish Digital Agency) since May 2022, where responsibilities include project management for the Suomi.fi Quality Tools service. Previously, Kristina served as Development Director and Insights & Change Management Lead at Agile Work from January 2017 to January 2022, focusing on workplace and culture transformation. As Development Manager at Design Forum Finland from February 2005 to December 2016, responsibilities included managing international export and promotion projects for Finnish designers, with notable achievements such as organizing a fashion show in Paris and producing design content for the Frankfurt Book Fair. Early career experience includes roles as a Marketing Planner, Research Assistant, and Market Researcher across various organizations. Kristina holds an MBA in Service Innovation and Design from Laurea University of Applied Sciences and a Master's Degree in International Business from Aalto University, complemented by studies in French.
