Gaiya Miller

Gaiya Miller has extensive experience in human resources and operations, currently serving as Head of Global Benefits and Head of People Operations at Digital Turbine since April 2018. Previously, Gaiya held various roles at J.Crew, including Manager, and spent five years at Starbucks, progressing from Assistant Manager to Store Manager. Gaiya also founded Rascals, a quick-serve restaurant, and managed its operations from construction through menu development. Early career roles include Bartender and Trainer at The Keg Steakhouse + Bar and Office Assistant at Sport Bittl.
