Patricia Diaz

Patricia Diaz is the Head of Partner and Founder Success at digitalundivided, the leading non-profit leveraging data, programs, and advocacy to catalyze economic growth for Latina and Black women entrepreneurs and innovators. The goal is to create a greater world where all women of color own their work and worth.

In this role Patricia manages the relationship and communication with digitalundivided’s mission-aligned partners, as well as leverages the organization's wide network of partners and resources to best support founders post-program in their future endeavors.

Before joining digitalundivided, Patricia was a Vice President in Finance at Goldman Sachs leading the Capital Analysis, Planning, and Reporting for the firm's $200B lending portfolio. During her time at the firm, she managed cross-functional strategic initiatives liaising with internal and external stakeholders, advised the firm's revenue divisions on capital optimization and risk mitigation strategies, executed the onboarding of 5 new retail lending products, and oversaw the lending portfolio's regulatory capital reporting in 10+ external disclosures and filings. She also co-led and participated in various diversity affinity networks and was a champion for the firm's diversity recruiting efforts.
