Ian Burke

Ian Burke has worked in the technology industry since 2008. Ian began their career at InfoMart as a Verifications Analyst, where they monitored and processed requests before specified deadlines and ensured accuracy and completeness. In 2011, they moved to CCHSFS as a Help Desk Support Specialist, where they troubleshot Tax/Accounting software and sharing and permission errors on home and office networks. In 2012, they held two positions, one at Materials in Motion as a Hardware Technician, where they troubleshot and installed input and output components of networked computer workstations, and one at Qbase as a Senior Systems Engineer. Ian then joined USmax Corporation as a Help Desk/PC Technician. From 2015 to 2017, Ian worked at CSRA Inc as a Senior System Engineer, and at SRA International as a Senior Systems Engineer/Deployment Services Team Lead. Ian'smost recent role is at Dignari, LLC, where they are a Public Key Infrastructure Engineer.

Ian Burke attended Georgia State University from 2005 to 2008, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Broadcast Journalism. Ian then attended Atlanta Metropolitan College from 2011 to 2014, where they obtained an Associate of Science (AS) degree in Computer and Information Sciences and Support Services. In addition, they have obtained A+ Certification, ITIL Certification, and Network + certifications.
