Jennifer Giangrande

Jennifer Giangrande has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Jennifer began their career in 2007 as a Sales Coordinator at NCC Media and also worked as an Executive Assistant and Grant Writer at Forestdale, Inc. In 2008, they joined VanEck where they served as a Global HR Generalist & Talent Acquisition specialist, managing the employee life cycle and ensuring compliance with regulations. Since 2015, Jennifer has been working at Diligent Corporation, starting as a Global Senior HR Generalist and progressing to roles such as Global HR Business Partner and Director of HR. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President, Human Resources, where they provide strategic HR guidance, leads HR business partners, and supports the executive leadership team in achieving corporate goals.

Jennifer Giangrande earned a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Culture from the CUNY School of Professional Studies. Jennifer also obtained a Visual Merchandising Diploma from Fashion Industries High School. Additionally, they hold a certification in NYS Real Estate License.
