Susan Croal has a strong background in the hospitality industry, with experience at various companies and in different roles. Susan is currently the Director of Operations at DineAmic Hospitality, a position they have held since 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Sage Hospitality Group from 2017 to 2023, starting as a Senior Restaurant Manager and progressing to the role of Corporate Director of Operations, Food & Beverage. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing the development and revenue generation of multiple properties, as well as managing transitions and openings of new concepts. Before joining Sage Hospitality Group, Susan was the Director of Operations at The Berkshire/ The Pig and The Sprout from 2016 to 2017. Susan also has experience as a General Manager and Assistant General Manager/Pastry Chef at The Berkshire Restaurant from 2012 to 2016, and as a Manager/Pastry Chef at The Berkshire from 2009 to 2014.Throughout their career, Susan has demonstrated their ability to drive sales, develop training materials, enforce standards, and build culture within teams.

Susan Croal attended Ball State University from 2001 to 2002, where they studied Elementary Education and Teaching. Following this, they pursued a degree in Psychology, attending Michigan State University from 2002 to 2006.
