Robyn Dow

Robyn Dow has a strong background in human resources, with over 25 years of experience in various roles. Robyn is currently serving as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Dinsmore & Shohl LLP since October 2018. Prior to this, they worked at Ipsos as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources, North America from June 2013 to October 2018. Before Ipsos, they held several positions at Nielsen, including Vice President, Human Resources and Director, Human Resources. Robyn also worked at planetfeedback.com/Intelliseek as the Director, Human Resources, where they established all HR functions for two separate divisions within the company. Robyn started their career as a Consultant at Deloitte & Touche, specializing in HR clients and engagements. Earlier in their career, they worked at Drake Center as a Human Resources Generalist and at Fidelity Investments as a Human Resources Specialist. Throughout their career, Robyn has demonstrated expertise in talent management, employee relations, organization design, and HR business processes.

Robyn Dow has a Bachelor of Arts degree in History and English from Hillsdale College. Additionally, they have participated in a Summer Session at the University of Oxford, studying Medieval and Renaissance Studies.
