Joshua White

Joshua White is an experienced advocate and professional in the field of social work, currently serving as a Disability Rights Voter Access Intern at Disability Rights North Carolina and a Direct Support Professional at RESCARE INC Community Alternatives of NC. Additionally, Joshua holds an internship with Parent to Parent: Family Support Network – High Country, assisting families with premature infants, disabilities, or chronic illnesses, and has served as a camp counselor at Christmount Christian Assembly. Joshua also contributes as a Student Intern for the Hub for Autism and Neurodiversity and leads the Autistic Students & Allies of the High Country as President and Founder. With a background in founding Celebrate You, an online merchandise shop promoting Autism Acceptance and Neurodiversity, and previous leadership as a Volunteer Chapter Leader for the Autistic Self Advocacy Network, Joshua demonstrates a strong commitment to advocacy and support for neurodiverse individuals. Joshua earned a BSW in Social Work from Appalachian State University and an Associate of Arts from Nash Community College.
