Jonathan Hesbol has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Jonathan started their career as a Barista at Starbucks in 2005 and later worked as an Executive Admin/Receptionist at McGuire Furniture from 2006 to 2012. From 2012 to 2013, they held various roles including Customer Service at Jacobson Logistics, Sales at Williams-Sonoma, and Client Services Agent at Robert Half International. Jonathan then worked as an Insurance Agent at Farmers Insurance from 2013 to 2014. In 2014, they became a Guitar and Songwriting Instructor at the Music Tech Contemporary School of Music until 2018. Additionally, they provided private guitar instruction since 2002 and maintained a small student load to stay connected to the music community. In 2016, they joined EBE Events and Entertainment as a Guitarist, Singer, and Social Media Contributor. Their most recent position is as an Artist Support Representative at Disc Makers, where they specialize in technical support.

Jonathan Hesbol began their education at Fremd High School, where they studied from 1991 to 1995. After completing high school, they attended Indiana University Bloomington from 1995 to 1999, earning a Bachelor of Music degree with a focus on Guitar Performance. In 2003, they furthered their musical education at Musician's Institute, obtaining a Performer's Certificate in Guitar Performance in 2004. Returning to education later in life, Jonathan attended Sessions Professional School of Design from 2010 to 2012, where they earned a Professional Certificate in Multimedia Design.
