Bruno Santos began their work experience in 2007 as a Chef de partie at Hilton Hotels & Resorts. Bruno worked in this role until 2016. In 2019, Bruno worked as a Formador at Escola hotelaria e turismo algarve for a year, until 2020. Bruno then joined Tivoli Hotels & Resorts as a Chef De Partie, where they worked until July 2021. From June 2021 until May 2023, Bruno worked as a Sous chef at 3HB Hotels. Currently, they are employed as the Head Chef at Discovery Hotel Management, starting in May 2023.
Bruno Santos' education history includes attending two educational institutions. From 2003 to 2006, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy at ESSJPA. Following this, they enrolled in Escola Hotelaria e Turismo do Algave from 2007 to 2008, where they studied Cozinha / Pastelaria - Gestão e Produção de cozinha. It is worth noting that Bruno Santos' education does not include obtaining a degree in the field of study pursued at Escola Hotelaria e Turismo do Algave.
