Inda Duminica

Inda Duminica, MBA, CRHA, is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in various sectors. Currently serving as Director of Human Resources for both Acuity Brands and Distech Controls since April 2020, Duminica previously held the position of Director Human Resources at KE2 Therm Solutions, Inc. from May 2023 until its acquisition by Distech Controls. In earlier roles, Duminica was responsible for human resources management at Pierre Fabre, BMC Software, Société Générale, and Brunel, showcasing a strong background in strategic HR management and recruitment. Duminica holds an MBA from Concordia University in Montreal and a BComm in Finance and Banking from Academia de Studii Economice din București.
