Bryan Koeppl

Bryan Koeppl has extensive experience in corporate development and transformation, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions. Bryan is currently the VP of Corporate Development & Transformation at DiversiTech Corporation. Prior to this, they served as the SVP of Transformation at PCI Pharma Services from 2022 to 2023. From 2018 to 2022, they were the Chief Strategy Officer at LSNE Contract Manufacturing, where they were responsible for corporate strategic initiatives and global M&A. Before that, they worked at Klöckner Pentaplast as the Group Vice President of Corporate Development, overseeing all global M&A efforts. Bryan also held various positions at Arysta LifeScience, including CFO and Global Head of Corporate Development, where they played a key role in M&A activities. At Teneo Capital, they served as the Managing Director of Investment Banking & Restructuring and was responsible for sourcing and executing engagements. Bryan began their career at GE Capital and General Electric, where they held roles in mergers and acquisitions, audit management, and financial management. Throughout their career, Bryan Koeppl has demonstrated their expertise in strategic planning, negotiation, and integration in the corporate development field.
