MacHelle Gay

Machelle Gay currently serves as the Talent Acquisition DEI Chair and Global Mobility Specialist at AdventHealth Central Florida since April 2022. In addition, Machelle Gay is involved with Diversity Forward Consulting as a DF Cohort member since January 2022. Prior experience includes a role as the Tissue Bank Quality Control Coordinator at AdventHealth from March 2018 to April 2022. Machelle Gay holds a Fellow degree in Recruiting from Diversity Forward, also pursuing this education since January 2022, and an Associate's degree in Business and HR from Cuyahoga Community College.
