Emily Koeritz

Emily Koeritz is the head of Business Operations and Tenant Operations at Divvy Homes. Emily has over ten years of experience in the property management industry. Prior to joining Divvy Homes, Emily was the Director of Management at FirstService Residential, where they provided management, direction, and leadership to ensure properties were operated in accordance with company objectives.

Emily is a skilled manager and leader, with a proven track record of developing strong relationships between the company and Board member clients. Emily is also an expert in customer service, interpersonal skills, and supervisory skills. As a member of the Senior Management team at FirstService Residential, Emily was responsible for compliance with company guidelines and management operations.

Emily was responsible for providing ongoing training and development of the Connect program and ensuring its implementation was fully complied with by all subordinate staff. Emily also provided specific assistance to Association Managers in trouble-shooting specific problems. In addition, Emily mentored Association Managers with respect to Connect, property inspections, financial reporting, leadership, Board and committee relations, and contracts.

Emily has a proven track record of providing five-star customer service at all times by attending to all calls and messages within a twenty four (24) hour period. Emily is also experienced in acting as an intermediary with owner/residents, on-site managers, and all other staff, to assist with questions/problems.
