Shelby Washington Fashoro is the current VP & GM of Growth Businesses at Divvy Homes. Shelby has over 8 years of experience in the finance and tech industries. Prior to Divvy Homes, Shelby was the Senior Director & General Manager of Banking, Investing, Taxes & Insurance at NerdWallet from March 2019 to March 2022. At NerdWallet, Shelby lead a 40+ person cross-functional team across Product, Marketing, Content, and Partnerships to drive revenue growth for NerdWallet’s Banking, Investing, Taxes & Insurance verticals. Prior to NerdWallet, from September 2017 to March 2019, Shelby was the Director, Corporate Development & Strategy / Chief of Staff to the CEO at Prosper Marketplace. And prior to Prosper Marketplace, from March 2016 to September 2017, Shelby was the Senior Manager, Strategy and Business Operations at Cisco where Shelby successfully led cross-functional teams building strategic recommendations for Product Management and Engineering and served as a strategic advisor to the Senior VPs and General Managers of the $30B+ Networking and Security business unit. Shelby started their career in July 2013 as a Public Finance Investment Banking Senior Associate at Bank of America Merrill Lynch where they worked for 3 years until February 2016.

Shelby Washington Fashoro has an MBA from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management, with majors in Analytical Finance, Management & Strategy. They also have a BSBA from Washington University in St. Louis in Finance and Political Science. They are certified by the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) in Series 52 - Municipal Securities Representative Examination, Series 63 - Uniform Securities Agent State Law Examination, and Series 7 - General Securities Representative Examination.
