Merle McClelland

Principal Software Engineer at D&K Engineering

Merle McClelland has extensive work experience in software engineering and consulting. They started their career in 1998 as a Consultant at Nanogen and went on to work as a Software Consultant at Companion Link and Vanteon in 2000. From 2001 to 2002, they worked as a Software Consultant at Flextronics. They then joined the company Encad as a Software Consultant, where they were involved in firmware development and MacOS driver development. From 2005 to 2008, they worked at Eastman Kodak as a Software Contractor, focusing on Wide format and Small format printer software development. In 2008, they joined D&K Engineering as a Sr. Software Engineer, working on embedded firmware and MacOS Apps. They returned to D&K Engineering in 2016 as a Sr Software Engineer and later became a Principal Software Engineer. Additionally, they worked as a Software Consultant at A2e Technologies and Triple Crown Consulting in 2016.

Merle McClelland obtained an Associate of Science (AS) degree in Electronics Technology from San Diego Mesa College between 1975 and 1978. Following this, between 1978 and 1983, Merle pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Science from San Diego State University.
