Matteo Fumagalli

Matteo Fumagalli is a lawyer at DLA Piper, specializing in domestic and cross-border litigation, as well as national and international arbitration concerning civil law, commercial law, and company law disputes since March 2021. In addition to current responsibilities, Matteo has served as a trainee lawyer and a civil law research assistant, gaining practical legal experience at the Università degli Studi di Milano. As a team coach, Matteo has been guiding the University of Milan teams for the Frankfurt Investment Arbitration Moot Court and the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot since 2019, focusing on legal research and pleading preparation.
