Kristin Sabia

Kristin Sabia, CPA has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies in the accounting field. Kristin began their career at EY as a Manager in 2005 and stayed with the company until 2012. In 2012, they transitioned to W. P. Carey Inc. where they held various roles including Vice President - Assistant Controller from November 2012 to December 2014, Senior Vice President - Controller from January 2015 to September 2016, and Chief Accounting Officer, Senior Vice President from October 2016 to July 2019. In 2020, Kristin joined Belpointe as the Chief Accounting Officer, Principal and held the position until May 2023. Currently, they are serving as the Senior Vice President of Accounting at DLC Management Corp. starting from June 2023.
