Miroslav Dudas

Miroslav Dudas has a diverse work experience in the field of scientific research and development. Miroslav started their career as a Lab Assistant at the University of California, San Diego, where they gained skills in molecular biology and plant cultivation. Miroslav later worked as a Lab Assistant for the Faculty Mentor Program at the same university, assisting in characterizing and mapping cell shape morphology in Maize mutants.

Moving on, Miroslav joined Invitrogen (now part of Thermo Fisher Scientific) as a Research Associate I and then as a Research Associate II. In these roles, they gained R&D experience in product research and development for gene expression regulation products in the RNAi market. Miroslav also worked on gene expression target library design, preparation, and database management.

Miroslav then joined Invitrogen/Life Technologies as an Associate Scientist III, where they continued their work in product development until 2009 when the company merged with Thermo Fisher Scientific/Life Technologies/Ion Torrent. At Thermo Fisher Scientific, they worked as a Scientist III (Senior Associate Scientist) until September 2016.

In 2017, Miroslav joined DNA Electronics (DNAe) as a Staff Scientist II. Miroslav held this role until April 2021 when they were promoted to the position of Senior Scientist. Currently, they are still working in this position.
