Joel Gervais

Joel Gervais is a skilled engineer with over a decade of experience in the agricultural machinery industry. Currently serving as a Research and Development Engineer and Manufacturing Coordinator at Doepker Industries Ltd. since January 2022, Joel previously worked at CNH Industrial from June 2011 to October 2021, holding multiple roles including Current Product Engineer, Innovation Project Engineer, and Design Analyst for Soil and Crop Flow Modelling. Joel's expertise includes diagnosing and resolving product issues, designing and validating new concepts to enhance efficiency, and analyzing machine performance. Joel holds an M.Sc. in Ag/Bio Engineering and a B.Sc. in Ag/Bio Engineering, both from the University of Saskatchewan.
