Keith Zanni

Keith Zanni is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in commercial litigation and corporate law. Currently serving as Deputy General Counsel and Vice President at Dollar Tree Stores since August 2008, Zanni previously held the role of Assistant General Counsel. Prior experience includes positions as a Commercial Litigation Attorney at McGuireWoods LLP and Yamin & Grant LLC, and a Law Clerk at McCall Doughton & Blancato. Zanni holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from Wake Forest University School of Law, a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Bentley University, and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Political Science and Government from the University of Richmond.
